Does My Pelvic Scan Showing A Small Sub Serous Leiomyoma And A Retroverted Uterus Require Any Treatment Or Follow-up?

Hi doctor, I did a pelvic scan test and here is the result A non gravid retroverted uterus 7.08cm x4.10cm Lxw is seen with a hypoechoic mass 2.85cm x 3.07cm bulging from it s anterior aspect of the myometrium.this is taken for a small sized subserous leiomyoma .normal thickness of the endometrial plate 4.7mm seen.both adnexa are free. Both ovaries are normal size and shape.pouch of Douglas is empty.cervical canal is clear.the urinary bladder is of normal wall thickness and echo free content.
