Does My Pelvic Scan Showing Multiple Small Follicles And Echogenic Stroma Indicate PCOD Or PCOS, And Could This Affect Conceiving After 4 Months?

Hi my pelvis scan shows that both overlies are normal in size and shows multiple small peripherally located follicles with echogenic stroma. In impression: Bilateral polycystic ovaries This is pcod or pcos?? Actually we are trying to get conceive but not happen for last 4 months.right now having 3 month tablets.
