Does My Recent Chest X-ray Showing Fibrotic Koch In Both Upper Lungs Mean I Need Another 6-month TB Treatment?

Hi, my last year result of my chest xray has a fibrotic densities in upper left lung which the doctor said it was normal since my lungs been scarred because i was diagnose with PTb inactive . Now my recent result of chest xray it is stated that my lungs has firotic koch both upper lungs .. will i undergo again with the 6months treatments ?
