Good day my urinalysis test, for my chemical examination all is negative except my microscopic examination, epithelial cells is few, mucus threads is few, am.urates is occasional, pus cells 2-4 and red blood cell is 0-2 and bacteria is few, what does it mean doc do I need to take antibiotic
