Does Nasopharynx Tumor And Brain Degenerative Disease Causes Severe Pain?

I had the Trigeminal Neuralgia surgey back in 2013. which left me with a stroke on my Brain stem . Then in 2015 of Nov. I had The Gama Knife sugery for the same Trigeminal. I am still in extreme pain daily. I have a Nasopharx tumor on the same side as the trigeminal problem. I have Brain Degegerative Disease. Can all of this cause my pain .
