Does Nausea, Dizziness And Cold Feet Indicate Sign Of Flu?

I am experiencing nausea, very tired and my feet are very cold. On and off dizziness. It's been 4 days now with no signs of stopping. Is this flu? Recently I travelled for the holidays and a family member has been experiencing these same symptoms for months. The only exception is her appetite has decreased and mine has increased.
