Does Neck Pain Along With Nausea Indicate Head And Neck Cancer?

Lately I ve been feeling nauseous. My neck seems weak and I feel sick every night before I go to bed . My headaches aren t bad . I m just nauseous most of the time. I fell asleep on the couch today and when I woke up parts of my body were numb. When I do have pain it s usuh in the back if my head by my neck or I feel pressure in the front . Any way that I coul have a tumor in my head?
