Does Negative HPV Mean The Virus Is Completely Out Of The System?

So about 5 years or so i was diagnosed with hpv. My doc said that there are so many strands of it that it could either get worse or just go away on its own. I ve gotten tested twice since then. The first place I went to I completely forgot to mention it since I haven t really had any symptoms no channel towards anythingand my results came back negative for everything. And now the second place I got tested I mentioned it. Same thing I came back negative so does that mean that I m clear of it because I have not had any somethings nothing or should I be worried still.
