Does Nicotine Cause Pimples On Face?

hi,i am rahul singh,and i have started using jack 3d a month back,i am working out since last 4 years and i am 6 feet tall,and weight 90 kgs,with use of jack 3d i am facing pimples problem on my face.i use just a single scoop before wokout for 4 days in a week..i am a smoker and have 4 cigareets a day..is this problem arising with nicotine???
