Does Nightfall Affect Concentration And Body Strength?

sir i am suffering from nocturnal emission of semen having it's frequency at least three times in a month after having it i fell very weakness and slackness in my body , i also does not sustained my studies and not able to work and having a strong felling and embarrassed would it really effect my body up to so much extent how can i stop this till the time i got married
