Does Nipple/breast Sensitiveness And Tiredness Indicate Pregnancy?

i think i may be pregnant. i came off the pill over a month ago. i am not sure when my last period was but am sure it was over a month ago. i have takenm 2 pregnancy tests but have come back negative. I have sensitive breats/nipples, going to the toilet alot, very tired! more discharge that normal, and slight cramping. could i be prgnant?
