Does Normal Plasma Glucose Test Result Rule Out Diabetes Despite Tingling In My Feet And Legs?

Hey, I had and still have tingling in my feet and legs and therefore I got a blood test done. One of the things that had to be investigated was my ‘Plasma Glucose’ which presumably detects diabetes. I called 4 weeks later and the Doctor said that everything was normal, does this mean that I don’t have diabetes despite the fact that I show some symptoms?
