Does Numbness And Pain In Legs Need Medical Attention?

I have a random spot on my thigh that feels like the same feeling when your leg falls asleep. It started yesterday and now the feeling has spread to the back of my thigh and a aching feelin has begun, i was wondering if i needed to go to the ER or wait for a open app. I do have POTS so i dont know if its related. the feeling is very uncomfortable and touching the spot leaves a very weird feeling... Im a female and 18 years old.
