Does one class of blood pressure medication work better for systolic. I took Benicar for years and now experiencing low diastolic, 60-50 range which causes me to feel tired, light headed to the point that I need to lie down. My systolic is running 120-130's. My doctor has me monitoring my pressures, I have been off the Benicar for 3 weeks now. My diastolic is back up in the 70 but the systolic 130-150's.
