Does Pain Along One Side Of The Head Indicate Sinusitis?

For the last week, I have been having a pain like a headache right along my right eyebrow. If I press on it with my fingers it makes it hurt more. I have never had sinus problems before, So I dont know if its this. I take 2 tylenol and it doesn't help. Any suggestions?
