Does Pain Due To Chondromalacia Increase During Pregnancy?

I want to know if the pain of chondromalasia became worse in pregnancy or not? I'm 31 and 53 kg and I felt the pain of chondromalasia scince 21.but I was ok by exercise and know it's for 8 months that I gave up exercise.but I fetl the pain got worse during 2 months ago.I'm1.5-2 months pregnant.
