Does Pain In Left Side Of Stomach, Loose Stools And Dizziness Suggest Type 2 Diabetes?

Hi, I m experiencing some weird pains on the left side of my stomach, just below my ribs. I ve also peed at least 6 and had 4 loose BMs in the past 12 hours. I m nauseous and dizzy with no appetite. I m 310lbs and I eat very unhealthy. I have a history of gestational diabetes. I m worried I m developing type 2 diabetes.
