Does Pain In Lower Abdomen During Periods/intercourse Indicate Uterus TB?

Gud morning doc. Am 27 yr old married girl. Am having low fever for the last 2 weeks with low appetite, low BP. My weight is 54kg. I also have pain in my lower abdomen, which gets worse during my periods. I also have the pain during my intercourses. My doc is suspecting Uterus TB but have asked me to record my temp chart for 1 week.. Have also given me vitamin capsules & tonic... Am very tensed..Am i having uterus TB??
