Does Pain In Lower Abdominal Area Suggest Cyst?

I am have a history of polycystic ovaries and have had to have my right ovary removed in 2009 because it had a four and a half litre fluid filled cyst on it and now I am having a similar burning sensation as I had back then on my left lower abdominal region and upper left thigh and was wondering if I should go get it checked or not..
