Does Pain In Pelvic, Vagina And Lower Back Indicate Signs Of Labor?

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. Last week I was 1 cm dilated and -4. I am currently experiencing light headiness, body feeling limp, lower back pain, hardening of stomach, hip and pelvic pain and also pain in vagina. Is this a sign of full labor or just Braxton hicks?
