Does Pain In Pelvis, Lower Back And Chest Mean Pregnancy?

hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 3 months now. This past month i have had my 7 day period and got back a negative result. But here lately i have been having pelvic pain and lower back pain. My breast hurt from time to time as well. Could my symptoms mean that i am pregnant? Or could it be something else??
