Does Pain In Side Of Pelvis Indicate Blocked Fallopian Tube?

hi doctor,im 28 year old,this month i had an iui..but it failed and i got my periods on 9th march 11..i ocassionally during my menstruation and during ovulation experience a sharp pain on the leftside of my pelvis...is it a blocked fallopian tube..the iui was very much timed on my ovulation day..
