Does Pain In The Arch Of The Foot Post Injury Need Medical Attention?

I dropped the corner of a drawer on my right foot, inbetween the top part of my right foot on the right side and the big toe. it bruised immediately, but wasn t swollen. I iced it. Today that area was somewhat swollen, (not terribly) and bruised only where the drawer hit, but I could walk without pain. When I got home from work and took my shoe off, directly under the injury on the bottom of my foot aches (hurts) really badly. should I get an exray?
