Does Pain On Right Side Of Body Radiating Towards Back Indicate Appendicitis?

when you have a really bad pain on your right side going to your back, what is that causing? Is that a sign of appendicitis? I really need to know if it is so I can get to the hospital right away to get them removed. Please tell me and please answer my question as quick as you can.
