Does Painful And Red Spot On Back Indicate Shingles?

Overnight I developed a red raised spot on the left back area the size of a quarter. It is very painful to the touch and my back hurts only on that side. Could this be shingles since its only one spot? Back on that side is tight and burns and aches.
