Does Painful Spots On Arm, Headache And Nausea Indicate Shingles?

I have right cervical/shoulder/bicep pain. It is extremely painful. (Going to chiropractor tomorrow). Two days ago I broke out in a rash on my forearm. I thought it was from a bracelet I was wearing. Since then I have several spots that go up the front of my arm almost to my shoulder. My rt. upper back/shoulder continues to hurt. The skin on my right hand/back/arm hurts to touch it even where there is no rash. I didnot have chickenpox as a child. I have been experiencing nausia for about 4 days. Headache up the right side of my head off and on. Does this sound like shingles. The rash looks like the pictures on this site.
