Does Pelvic Pain Indicate Pregnancy Or STD?

Im at work worried sick and my doctor called my house and said to come in and make an appointment with an OB/GYN...AND idk what that means does it mean im pregnant or got an STD...or whatever i need to know because i just came from the ER about two weeks ago for pelvic pain
