Does Penis Head Wetness Need Medical Attention?

I ve been feeling random wetness at the tip of penis...long after I urinate..it s not sticky or anything just wet..I don t recall having any unprotected sex & I masterbate sometimes..would u recommend I see a doctor or is there anything I can try to help this?
