Does People With Hypothyroid Have Frequent Miscarriages?

hello doctor....am having hypothyroid past 1 yr.....am married for the past 2 yrs....started planning for pregnancy since 1 mon....my tsh was under control...but my recent tsh is 13...am a little worried about my pregnancy....as i heard people with hypo face abortions n cannot conceive....plzz help
