Does Pink Color Vaginal Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi I'm nineteen and my fiancé and I have been trying for a baby for the past 3 months (on the 4th month now). Last week I got my period on a Wednesday night and it was normal on Thursday then got light Friday and stopped by Friday night...on Sunday it came back and I spotted till Monday. Now it is Saturday a week later and I noticed peachy colour blood..it's only spotting. Could I be pregnant?
