Does Poland Syndrome Cause Infertility?

I was diagnosed with Poland syndrom back in 2002. Later my sister was diagnosed with it also. I believe that my dad has it as well....although he has never really been diagnosed. I know another family where the dad and son are both diagnosed, and they both have had fertility problems. My husband and I are also having a difficult time with getting pregnant. Is there any research indicating that having Poland syndrom makes it far more likely that you'll have to have fertility treatments?
