Does Positive VDRL Mean HIV?

this is santhosh here.
today i got my blood report, found HIV 1st and 2nd screening as non- reactive negative, however VDRL test found as Reactive, i am completely nurvous now, being reactive in VDRL test is considered as HIV patient? does HIV relates to VDRL test or totally different? can i be relaxed tht i am not positive with respect to HIV test even i though it is reactive with respect to VDRL test? please help me to understand
