Does Post Embolization Procedure For Fibroids Cause Blood In Urine?

I have fibroids that are melting away because I had the embolization procedure last May. P.S. They were huge! Anyway, where I work we get really busy and I hold my urine a lot. So I ve been noticing that when I hold it I start to bleed. I ll wipe and blood will be there, but later after I get home from work and rest a while I notice that I m not bleeding any more.
