Does Pregnancy Happen After Contraception Injection?

hi,
i wanna ask u that i got my periods from 28 april to 5th of may..but today morning i got brownish spotting..what can be the reason??
one more thing i want to add is that on 17 march i had cotraception injection..should i still be worry about getting pregnant??
