Does Pregnancy Symptoms Years After Tubal Ligation Indicate Onset On Menopause?

hello , not sure how to start this off but here goes.. im 36 yrs, have my tubs cut tied and burn 17 yrs a go afther i had my son.. but lately iv been throwing up every night, milky dischage .. everything im feeling is like when i was pg with my frist son.. is this a sign of menopause.. i have a dr's appointment in a week to find out for sure..
