Does Premarital Sex Affect Future Pregnancy?

hi!! m 21 female..me and my lover have sex in every 3-4 days since last 4 years and we know that our marriage is not possible..but we love each other sooooo much and we ignore everything while saying that no body knows what will happen in future so we should be happy in the present...after all this can we hide non virginity from my future partner..? actually we don't want to disclose our relationship in front of anybody..can you plz help me..?? and will it create any problem in pregnancy in future??
