Does Presence Of Follicles In Ovary Cause Some Bleeding?

My last periods date was 27th feb, but from last three days i m having bleeding but in very small quantity and that too just once in a day time. I had sonography today & it shows Evidence of Multiple Follicles on Right Ovary & Evidence of Multiple Small Follicles on Left Ovary.
