hai i have period problems my age is 44 and i have periods for more than a week the doctor prescribed me meprete tablets i take this after 7th day of my period it reduces the flow and on the 14th day it stops

can you tell me wheather iam in premenapause stage can i take any other medication i have bp which is just above the limit and i take take tablets and also when i sleep in night my foot is getting very hot
