Does Prolonged Usage Of IUCD Cause Low Level Of Progesterone?

I am a 37 yrs old weighing about 60kg, I have issues of displaced IUCD and the procedure to get it removed is ongoing but my gynae feels I should also carry out some fertility tests to determine if the IUCD is solely responsible for my inability to conceive for over 7 years. From the fertility results both the FSH and Prolactin are said to be within their respective reference interval while progesterone is said to be within the lower half of the reference interval, precisely 25nmol/L. Can this be caused by the presence of the IUCD or there is an issue of infertility? thanks
