Does Prolonged Usage Of Norco Lead To Anxiety And Tiredness?

I have been taking norco 7 four a day for at least six months. I am feeling more pain now, but I sweat all the time. I am anxious and tired. I am recovering from five/six spinal fusion. Can I stop this drug? I feel terrible when I miss a dosage. Is it possible to get off this drug?
