Does Pulling Strings Of Mirena IUD Cause Any Complication?

i thought that i was pulling on my tampon strings yesterday figuring i had accidentally inserted two however i realized that i was actually pulling on the strings of my mirena IUD. i went to go to my walk in clinic today to see if everything was ok..but they were closed should i be ok untill tomorrow?
