I am 29 and last year in may got to know that I have a hypertension problem I don't know the cause only one thing I know that taking high slat intake initiilay and IT sector lifestyle only that time I have consulted with one of good doctor in gurgaon and he had done some test like urine protien, creatinie, microalbumin etc

Now I after onw year I have consulted with one of doctor in banaglore becuase my location is changed he told me for protien test and and creatinine test and random creatinine value is 1.4 and 24hr protien value is 360 now I am woried is this sign of kidney disease
