Does Removal Of Breast Tumor Cause Deformed Breast?

I had surgery two weeks ago to remove a fibroid tumor from my left breast. Prior to surgery, the oncologist stated that I may have scaring or puckering of the skin; however, my breast is deformed. Is it normal for my breast to look deformed after this surgery? And, I am menstruating, even though I am almost 57 years old and have not menstruated for almost five years. Is this normal after breast fibroid surgery?
