Does Reynauds Syndrome Cause Burning In Nipples?

HI, does reynauds syndrome cause constant burning in nipples in a breast feeding mother? I am not showing the tri phasic discolouration. However, I have had excrutiating nipple pain despite having an excellent latch. I have been pumping but even that is starting to cause burning. I have stopped pumping today at 2 1/2 weeks because I am at the end of my tether. I know that Nifedipine is the drug of choice for its vasodilatory effect but I don't know if my symptoms are related to Reynauds. How long does the medication take to give relief? And yes, I do suffer from Reynauds Syndrome generally in cold weather.
