Does Rutin Cause Excess Blood Flow? I Used Bromelain Last

Does rutin cause excess blood flow? I used bromelain last night to see if it would stillbe useful in the healing of my scalp surgery which was done for the 3rd time inJanuary of2015. It gave me a nose bleed this time but it also seemed to better the graft site. The dermatologist removed the last scab (about 2 inches by 1 inch)on 5/5/16.
At the time of the January surgery I took vitamin c, rutin, bromelain, folic acid, arnica Montana + my thyroid med.
