Does Same Blood Group In Married Couple Affect Pregnancy?

hi DR. I have been marriage before 4 years .we both of us same blood group o+ does the same group affect the pregnancy. i have one baby . my first baby is abnormal.so dr suggest me absortion.i follow the suggestion. but my second baby is normal and she is 2 years and 4 months. i want to second baby. please suggest me what can i do. regards sandeep
