Does Same Blood Group Of Couples Affect Pregnancy?

Does the same blood type effect pregnancy chances? My husband and i both have A+ , if that matters. I m very worried of this because nine months ago I had a tubal pregnancy and lost my baby. Would this have any connection to us having the same blood type?
