Does Scar On Belly Button From Birth Cause Sciatic And Hip Pain?

I am wondering about belly button scarring from birth. I have heard this can cause sciatic and hip pain. It has something to do with ionic or electrical energy direction/fllow in the body. What do you think? Any way, I was muscle tested the other day and this is what the doctor told me
