Does Sensitiveness In Nipples And Stomach Sickness/bloating Indicate Pregnancy?

Had sex a week ago and then two days ago and the condoms tore and I have been feeling sick to my stomach and bloated in more tired than usual and my nipples also feel more sensitive. I still have about 10 days before I am suppose to start but could I be pregnant?
