Does Severe Back Ache And Stomach Ache Indicate Chlamydia?

i am really worried i have chlamdyia. i had unprotected sex last year, but i havent had any symptoms such as pain during urinating or spotting between sex or periods. I have had bad bouts of backache and stomach ache today and yesterday, but i dont know wether this is from stress or my work as i have to stand up for long periods of time. I am really stressing out about the whole situtation because im really scared, please help
